Mauro Uliassi


We are two siblings, born and raised in Senigallia. We opened Uliassi Restaurant in 1990 passionate and light-hearted. We wanted people to thrill for our cuisine and we aspired to make them come back. Later on, what was a pastime for us became slowly a firm reality. Today we are a team of more than 30 people and our restaurant has been rewarded with 3 Michelin stars, 5 hats Espresso and 3 forks Gambero Rosso.

Simple and contemporary, our cuisine is deeply rooted in the Adriatic Coast traditions, playing with other influences. We are inspired by the sea smell, but also we like to take on with game. Every year we add 10 new courses, presented along with the Classic menu made up by the historical proposals.



The restaurant overlooks the sea, between the canal harbour and the beach. It’s a place full of energy. It’s always beautiful in all seasons, when it’s windy or rainy, when it’s snowing or during the long days under the summery sun.

Please note that it is not possible to book for a table outside. Every reservation will be seated inside the restaurant.
